What are the festival dates and location?
June 27-29, 2025
(camping extends to the 30th)

What time does the festival start and end?
Gates open: 12PM 6/27
Music starts: 6PM 6/27
Festival ends: 6PM 6/29
All campers must vacate by: 12PM 6/30
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes! However if your car leaves your campsite it won’t be able to return once the festival starts. You’ll have to park in the lot outside the festival grounds. Gates will only be open 12PM-9PM each day.
Tickets & Entry
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Please do your best to buy tickets in advance! Only Day Passes for Saturday will be available for purchase at the gate.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Physical copies are not required but recommended for swift entry! If you have not printed your tickets make sure you have access to your email or the Eventbrite App on your phone when entering.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are available until 7 days before the event via Eventbrite.
Camping & Parking
What type of camping is available?
Car/Tent Camping: Park near your campsite! Cars will take you right to your camping area. Not all areas will allow for direct car camping. All exits with vehicle from the camping area are final. If you must leave and return, your car will need to stay in the lower lot.
RV Camping: Please contact Arrowhead Ranch directly to inquire about RV accommodations. Space is limited.
Are there designated quiet camping areas?
No. But there will be designated PARTY areas to make tent city more for resting. But hey, did we really buy tickets to a palooza to be quiet?
Are campfires or grills allowed?
Camp grills are allowed! Please keep campfires to the areas designated by Arrowhead.
Are there showers and restrooms?
Near the campgrounds there is a trailer with private restrooms with showers. There will also be porta potties on the property.
Can I camp with my friends?
If you would like to ensure camping with your friend group, please arrive together. Campsites will be first come, first serve. Afterall, we’re all Ernie here.
What should I do with my trash?
Please bring trash bags for your trash! Trash will be picked up from designated areas in the campgrounds.
Can I bring my own alcohol to the campsite?
Yes! The campground is BYOB. Please try to bring as little glass as possible. There will be draft beer available for purchase during music only.
Will there be food vendors or do I need to bring my own food?
Please make sure you bring food and water for the weekend. There will be food and beverage available for purchase during music only.
